In 1999 Lance and Kristen Armstrong presented the President of the United States with one of his Tour de France yellow jerseys and a Trek bicycle.
10/23/12 CINCINNATI, OH. (AP) During a Tuesday campaign event in Cincinnati, Ohio today, former president Bill Clinton held a town-hall format Q&A-session and he was asked for his thoughts on pro-bicycling's Armstrong Scandal. He spoke of standing in the Rose Garden in 1999 and receiving a jersey and bicycle from the bicyclist who had brought the trophy home to America. "I'll have to return that bicycle and the jersey", the former president said. "The jersey certainly never fit me and, I've got to say, I just could never stand a cheater."

Ironic of him to say that... I guess he was only using the term cheater in the competition sense, not the marital one.
I think he was referring to Bush v Gore
funny to hear Monica Lewinsky's boyfriend a cheater...
This man has absolutely no shame. Clinton was the one who put pressure on the federal investigation (into Armstrong), which let them to drop it and now he says he can't cheaters?! Unbelievable.
President Clinton will regret saying this, all his life.
When you (President Clinton) are the greatest cheater, liar, fraud—above everybody else—, make no such statements!
