This year's Pedal Pittsburgh will be something quite different from previous versions (no disrespect; they were wonderful, too). But the 2012 Pedal Pgh is going to be something for families, occasional riders rather than obsessive riders, and - dare I say - very Noob friendly. The big news: key sections of PedalPgh will be on car-free roads, safe for the kids, Grandpa, and the dog.
Bicycling in Pittsburgh: Spandex not required.
