- The bad news is Heavy rain from the remains of Tropical Storm Lee will continue to soak the region this week and is expected to cause flooding in some areas.
- The good news is that to ensure the safety of property, the Mon Wharf parking area will be closed until further notice
- The unspoken news is: What plans / procedures / policy are in place to ensure public safety along Washington Boulevard, where four people recently drowned in the rain?
It does seem like somebody is doing their job.
Unfortunately, they're running a parking lot.
