New Google Update
Google updates their listings about every six weeks over a weekend, especially over holiday weekends. The updates are named like tropical storms, alphabetically starting over each year, and today we're seeing the Brandy update.

The Brandy results aren't completely rolled out to the public yet, but if you go to http://64.233.161.99/ you can see the newest Google results.

This update looks like a real improvement. Last fall in the "Florida" update the Google results got a bit strange, and the October-December timeframe had a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth in the SEO (search engine optimizing) community. But in the new year the Austin update was a small improvement, and it seems like the Brandy update is a big improvement. So go check out how your site is listed in the newest version.
